July & August Tours
During the summer months, Jackson’s is busy harvesting fresh peaches, apples, and plums daily. Our market is full of fresh produce along with specialty products and a variety of Kentucky Proud items.
Two types of tours will be offered: the Peach tour and the Apple tour. Group minimum of 10 guests for both tour options.
The Peach Tour: $20 per guest including tour, lunch, & dessert. Group leader(s) & bus drivers free of charge.
• Get a behind the scenes look at the orchard during the summer months. An approximately 30 minute guided hayride that gives insight into how the Orchard operates. Guests must be able to climb three steps to load on and off the wagon. (Approximately 30 minutes)
• Lunch (Approximately 30-45 minutes).
• Stroll through our perennial and herb garden and enjoy the hummingbirds and butterflies. (Approximately 10-15 minutes)
• Browse through our market featuring fresh picked produce, KY Proud products, and a large selection of speciality goods. (Approximately 30-45 minutes)
• Enjoy a Jackson’s Orchard ice cream cone, fried pie or peach sundae before heading home. (Approximately 30 minutes)
The Apple Tour: $15 per guest including lunch, dessert, & access to gardens & market. Group leader(s) and bus drivers free of charge

Box Lunches
Box lunches including: Sandwich, chip, and drink these items will be preordered so ready upon guests arrival.
Sandwich options include:
• KY Proud Pulled Pork BBQ
• Pimento Cheese on Sourdough w/ lettuce and tomato
• Groovy Gus Chicken Salad on Sourdough w/ lettuce and tomato
• Groovy Gus Homemade Peanut Butter and Jackson’s Orchard Strawberry Preserves on Sourdough
Chip options include: Cheetos, Lays, Doritos
20 oz Drink options include: Sweet Tea, Unsweet tea, Water, Coke, Diet Coke, and Sprite
Order forms will be sent upon booking to preorder for guests. All lunches will be under the reserved pergola surrounded by shade trees and flowers.

During your booking, Hannah can suggest other tours, shops, and local restaurants to add to your agenda! Jackson’s is open Monday – Saturday 9-5, Closed Sunday.
Fall Season Tours:
Guided Tour: Allow approx. 1-1/2 to 2 hours
- A hayride to the pumpkin patch
- Everyone who has paid for the tour gets to pick a P.I.E. pumpkin to take home
- Hayride to the Cornfield Maze
- An apple cider slush & a cookie for a treat (If children have nut allergies we recommend bringing your own snack.)
- Playtime in our Children’s Play Area including four 60 foot slides, tire maze, and The Goat Ranch petting area
- Pick an apple from the Orchard while available. Later in the season, when the Orchard is picked. students will be given an apple from the Apple Barn.
Cost is $9.00 per child, no charge for teachers and teacher aides. Or homeschool group leader & organizer. There is a $5 charge for parents & other additional adults.
Recommendations for Teachers:
- Please arrive promptly for tour.
- Allow enough time before tour for check-in and restroom
- Bring a marker to put names on pumpkins.
- Bring a whistle for use with the Cornfield Maze

A class consists of a minimum of 15 children and a maximum of 25. We can book 2 classes per 1/2 hour period.
